  • Pricing: All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders and Payments

  • Order Acceptance: After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not mean we have accepted your order; it is a confirmation that we have received it.

  • Payment Methods: We support various payment methods, including Cash on Delivery (COD). By choosing COD, you agree to make the payment to our delivery partner at the time of delivery.

  • Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, errors in pricing, or concerns regarding fraudulent activity.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Timeline: We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.

  • Responsibility: Once the package is handed over to our courier, the risk of loss or damage passes to the courier and the customer. Please inspect your package upon arrival.

5. Returns and Refunds

Surahi.pk is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products, including issues arising from temperature retention performance, as this can vary based on external environment and usage.
