Refund policy

We are committed to providing high-quality products. If you receive a defective or damaged item, you may request a replacement within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Replacement

To qualify for a replacement:

  • The issue must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product
  • The product must be unused and in original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
  • The item must show no signs of damage, misuse, or tampering by the customer

Replacement Process

  • Once your claim is submitted, our team will review and verify the issue
  • You may be asked to provide photos or videos as proof of the defect
  • After approval, we will proceed with the replacement process

Delivery Charges Policy

  • If the claim is genuine:
    We will cover all delivery charges for the replacement
  • If the claim is not genuine:
    The customer will be responsible for both return and re-delivery charges

Important Notes

  • We do not offer refunds under any circumstances
  • We do not allow exchanges with other product categories
  • Replacement is only applicable for the same product (same model/variant)
  • Claims made after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted
